Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, addressing any operational issues promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain seamless service delivery. The position demands proactive management of production environments to uphold stability and efficiency, while also adapting to evolving operational needs and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and reliability throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within enterprise environments.
Experience in managing and supporting production systems with a focus on operational stability and incident resolution.
Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Familiarity with process automation and monitoring tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
