Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
Document application designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in .Net Full Stack Development environments.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques within .Net Full Stack Development.
Experience in debugging, testing, and deploying applications developed using .Net Full Stack Development.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
A 15 years full time education is required.
