As an HR intern at Vipul Organics Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of human resources. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Word, spoken and written English will be essential in supporting our HR department.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new information.
Assist in organizing training sessions and team building activities for employees.
Support in drafting and distributing internal HR communications.
Assist in performance management processes, including tracking employee goals and evaluations.
