About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractual) to support hiring for the Centre for Research & Innovation (CRI) at Havells. The role will focus on recruiting talent across core engineering and technology functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HODs, and business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for engineering, R&D, product development, electronics, software, AI/ML, embedded systems, and other technology domains.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare detailed Job Descriptions in consultation with Hiring Managers and HODs.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other talent channels.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collect and verify required documents from shortlisted candidates.
Manage offer discussions and support onboarding activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong exposure to Engineering, R&D, Product Development, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software, AI/ML, or Technology Hiring.
Hands-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management.
