Relationship Officer-811-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Sales

We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships for our Kotak 811 digital banking platform.
As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and cross-selling our digital banking products and services. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve actively promoting and demonstrating the benefits of our digital banking platform, Kotak 811, to potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and meet sales targets for Kotak 811 digital banking platform.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to existing customers.
Stay updated on digital banking trends and market dynamics to offer relevant solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
Represent Kotak Mahindra Bank at various events and conferences to promote our digital banking offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify sales opportunities.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital banking.
Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an added advantage.
Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through: Canopy and Umbrella activities Cold calling Referrals and open market sourcing Drive cross-selling of financial products such as: Life Insurance (LI) General Insurance (GI) Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) Personal Loans (PL) Fixed Deposits (FD) Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration. Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
