Job Summary
The Business Analyst leads Master Data Management (MDM) operations, and initiatives to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure enterprise data. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, enabling accurate Finance reporting, supporting access management, driving process improvements and automation, and delivering data-driven insights. Working closely with business, Finance, IT, Product and Governance teams, the incumbent independently leads strategic projects, resolves complex data challenges, and leverages AI and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Job Requirements
Lead Master Data Management (MDM) activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable enterprise data across business systems and analytical platforms.
Perform advanced data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and root cause investigations to identify and resolve data quality and process issues while implementing sustainable controls.
Partner with Business, Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams to drive process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Independently lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and stakeholder communication to deliver business outcomes.
Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making and business performance monitoring.
Leverage AI and advanced analytics capabilities to improve operational efficiency, enhance data quality management, automate manual processes, and generate actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Master Data Management, Data Operations, or related functions.
Strong experience with data quality management, access management, and enterprise reporting environments.
Knowledge in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
