Tech Lead, IT Services Management
About your role:As a Systems Engineering - Sr Professional II, you will be a crucial member of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Fiserv's complex systems infrastructure. Your expertise will play a significant role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems, enabling seamless operations that support our clients' business needs. You will work as part of a collaborative team of professionals committed to excellence in systems engineering and innovation.
What you'll do:
Lead the design and implementation of systems infrastructure to meet business and client requirements.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Implement and manage upgrades and enhancements to system architecture and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.

Experience you'll need to have:
4+ years of experience in systems engineering
2+ years of experience with system design and implementation
2+ years of experience with Linux and Windows server environments
2+ years of experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
2+ years of experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
2+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
