Job Brief:- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and service excellence within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and expand the bank's market share in the microfinance and banking segment.
Identify and acquire new customers by promoting the bank's financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions that align with customers' financial goals.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk management procedures in all sales and service activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement and service innovation.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their sales capabilities and service orientation.
Participate actively in community outreach programs to promote the bank's brand and financial inclusion initiatives.
