What you'll achieve
As a Tech Lead - Full Stack, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of data orchestration modules and AI-driven applications. You will work closely with engineering, data, ML, and GenAI teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems that drive business impact and innovation.
You will:
Lead the technical design and implementation of data-intensive, AI-powered applications and platform capabilities.
Own end-to-end development across the technology stack, driving architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple domains and services.
Drive technical excellence through hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
· 7+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years designing and building high-scale, data-intensive applications and AI systems.
· Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience using modern web frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
· Experience with AI and data orchestration frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Airflow) and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Strong ownership, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced, AI-first development environments.
Desirable Requirements
Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.
Exposure to Generative AI technologies, LLM-based applications, and modern MLOps practices.
