Hiring for Senior UX Designer for Bridgestone GCC in Bangalore Location

Position Summary
Bridgestone is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to help define and improve customer, agent, and operational experiences across digital products, AI-powered solutions, customer service platforms, and enterprise applications.
This role is primarily focused on UX design while also leading research activities that ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual and interaction design skills with the ability to conduct meaningful research and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
UX Design (60%)
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
Design experiences for web, mobile, AI, contact center, and internal enterprise applications
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards
Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder workshops
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied consistently
UX Research (40%)
Plan and conduct usability testing, customer interviews, surveys, and discovery research
Analyze customer behavior (Hotjar), user feedback, and product analytics
Identify unmet customer needs and opportunities for innovation
Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations
Partner with Product Management to validate concepts and prioritize investments
Define and track UX success metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience at a global enterprise, working with teams in the US
5+ years of UX Design experience
Experience conducting UX research and usability testing
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
Advanced Figma proficiency, with an emphasis on AI features
Experience working with product analytics platforms like Hotjar and Adobe Analytics (or similar)
Experience with AI-enabled products and conversational AI design
Experience with customer journey mapping and service design
Proficient in accessibility and inclusive design standards
