Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and manage civil engineering projects on-site in Chandrapur in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing designs and drawings, overseeing planning activities, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors. The role involves monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations, and resolving technical issues at the site. The Senior Civil Engineer will also conduct site inspections, review material quality, manage stormwater and drainage systems, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. The individual will prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
Candidates should possess experience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for project supervision and site execution.
Candidates should possess skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil works and construction activities.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure systems.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to civil projects.
Proven experience in managing on-site teams, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving technical and operational issues.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Chandrapur with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
