Role Description The Dy Mgr Service – Hot Runner Systems is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing service activities for hot runner systems, including installation support, commissioning assistance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating service delivery schedules, responding to service requests, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution in line with customer expectations and company standards. The position also involves documenting service reports, maintaining service records, supporting continuous improvement of service processes, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to address technical queries. The Dy Mgr Service will engage directly with customers to provide technical guidance, train customer personnel on proper system usage, and promote safe, efficient operation of hot runner systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a structured approach to problem-solving in technical service environments.
Candidates should possess Service Delivery and IT Service Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and monitor service tasks and customer interactions.
Candidates should possess Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose system issues, interpret technical data, and support integrated machinery and controls.
Candidates should have experience with hot runner systems, injection moulding equipment, or related industrial machinery service.
Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
Candidates should be able to travel within the Pune Division and nearby regions for on-site service as required.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles and familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices will be beneficial.
