Program Manager

We’re hiring for one of our clients—a purpose-driven organization working at the intersection of well-being, education, and transformational learning.
We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives from planning to successful execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Track program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership.
Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required.
Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
A genuine alignment with the values and mission of a purpose-driven organization is desirable.
