Graphic Designer Responsibilities
Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss creative specifications and confirm budgets.
Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar graphic designs.
Brainstorming creative ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, and design software.
Ensuring designs accurately represent the company’s brand and ethos.
Selecting functional ideas and creating final mock-ups.
Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies.
Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics.
Presenting final designs to stakeholders and company managers.
Generating realistic architectural images, 3D views, and digital walkthroughs from plans, sketches, or creative briefs for Sunrise Group projects.
Creating rendered visual graphics and digital promotional assets for social media and other marketing channels.
Using AI visual tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Luma, and other generative AI platforms to create high-quality visual content.
Applying prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine AI-based architectural and marketing visuals.
Using 3D visualization software to develop realistic architectural renders, 3D views, and digital assets.
Supporting group-wide AI & 3D visualization requirements across various Sunrise Group projects.
Working with company-provided AI tools, software, and cloud-based subscriptions based on project and operational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a similar field.
Marketing & real estate experience would be preferable.
Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer.
Natural talent for design and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with market research and product placement advertising.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI visual generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Luma, etc.
Proficiency in 3D visualization and architectural rendering software.
Proficient with 3D design software, including CAD or AutoCAD.
Experience creating realistic architectural visuals, 3D views, renders, and digital walkthroughs from plans, sketches, or briefs will be highly preferred.
Ability to create digital promotional graphics and visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
