🔍 What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in New Product Development Executive within the FMCG Food/Snacks industry, who can turn ideas into commercially viable products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and launch new food/snack products from concept to commercialization
• Conduct product trials, sampling and formulation development
• Identify new ingredients, flavours, formats and product opportunities
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers for product development
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends
• Work closely with QA/QC, Production, Procurement and Marketing teams
• Prepare product costing, BOM and support margin optimisation
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage product trials, improvements and successful commercialization
🎓 Qualification & Preferred Candidate:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG Food/Snacks/Namkeen/Makhana/Nuts/Dry Fruits/Healthy Snacks
• Strong understanding of food product development and commercialization
• Good knowledge of ingredients, formulations, flavours and packaging
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Passion for innovation and understanding consumer trends
