About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Studio Photographer to join our photography team. The role involves working primarily at our studio on baby photography, maternity photography, studio portraits, and creative shoots, along with occasional architecture and interior photography assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional baby and newborn photography sessions.
* Photograph maternity and family portraits with creativity and attention to detail.
* Handle studio portrait photography including individual, couple, family, and professional portraits.
* Plan and execute lighting, posing, compositions, and studio setups.
* Work confidently with studio lighting, cameras, lenses, and other photography equipment.
* Handle clients professionally and create a comfortable experience, especially while working with babies and families.
* Perform photo selection, colour correction, retouching, skin editing, and final image processing.
* Maintain consistent image quality and the studio’s visual style.
* Assist with architecture and interior photography when required.
* Organize and manage image files and deliverables efficiently.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and studio equipment.
* Strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, and posing.
* Experience in baby, maternity, portrait, or studio photography is preferred.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop or equivalent editing software.
* Ability to work patiently and confidently with babies, children, and families.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative eye and strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel locally for architecture/interior assignments when required.
* Portfolio is required.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is creative, responsible, patient, technically strong, and passionate about photography, with the ability to handle a shoot from setup → photography → editing → final delivery.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and good technical skills may also apply.
