Role Description The Visual Effects Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating, and integrating high-quality visual effects for a variety of multimedia, animation, and video projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Muzaffarpur and involves close collaboration with designers, animators, editors, and instructors to produce professional, industry-standard content. Day-to-day tasks include developing VFX concepts, compositing scenes, enhancing footage with motion graphics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all visual elements meet project specifications and deadlines. The specialist will also troubleshoot technical issues, stay current with emerging VFX tools and techniques, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production quality and training materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong visual effects skills, including compositing, particle effects, motion tracking, and integration of CGI with live-action footage.
Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard VFX and post-production tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Nuke, Fusion, or similar software.
Candidates should possess solid understanding of animation and multimedia principles, including 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and video editing workflows.
Candidates should possess abilities in graphic design fundamentals, color theory, and visual storytelling to create cohesive and engaging visuals.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret creative briefs accurately.
Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Prior experience in a production studio, post-production house, or training environment, especially within media and entertainment, is an advantage.
