🏠 Interior Designer – KRA
Understand client requirements & create concepts
Prepare 2D/3D designs and presentations
Space planning & material selection
Handle client presentations and revisions
Coordinate with Sales & Execution teams
Ensure quality, timelines & customer satisfaction
💼 Sales Manager – KRA
Manage and convert assigned leads
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, consultations & site visits
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Handle negotiations and close deals
Drive revenue and improve conversion rates
Coordinate with Design & Project teams
Ensure timely follow-ups and payment collections
Maintain CRM, daily activity & sales reports
