About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

This is how you join the business side of Olbrain. We grow the team through assessment internships, not lateral hires — paid, real work from day one, and a PPO to a full-time role for the people who prove themselves. There is no other door.
Think of it as a 6-month apprenticeship in enterprise agentic AI — except instead of a classroom, you're in the room with real clients, on the real platform as it agentifies actual businesses. You are the human front-end of the build: the person who understands what a client actually needs, and makes sure the agent that gets built solves it.
This is an assessment internship. Its purpose is to evaluate you for a permanent client-solutions role. We're not hiring interns for the sake of interns — we're hiring future full-timers, and the 6 months is how we find out who to keep. If you don't intend to join full-time at the end, please don't apply.
Still a student? The bar is intent, not timing. If you can't formally join at the 6-month mark, the internship can extend until you can. What doesn't flex is the destination: Olbrain, full-time.
What the role actually is
Enterprises don't arrive with a spec. They arrive with a problem — "our collections team drowns in follow-ups," "closing the quarter takes finance seven days." Your job is to sit with them, understand that problem cold, and turn it into something the platform can build: what the agent must do, what it must never do, which systems it touches, what "done" looks like.
Then you carry it inward. You brief the tech team, translate between the client's language and the platform's, and stay on the deployment until the agent is live and the client is happy. You're the bridge between the enterprise and the orchestrator — the AI that does the building.
What you'll do
• Sit with enterprise clients — discovery calls, workshops, on-site — and understand their problem in depth
• Translate that into a clear brief: what the agent must do, integrate with, and be measured on
• Coordinate with the tech team through build and deployment, keeping scope, timeline and client aligned
• Run demos, gather feedback, and drive the agent from first conversation to live and adopted
• Be the client's trusted point of contact — and the internal voice of the client
• Spot the next problem worth agentifying inside the same account
Who this is for
• An MBA — or a genuinely sharp, sales-minded person — who loves talking to people
• Clear, confident communication with senior enterprise stakeholders
• The instinct to listen for the real problem beneath what's asked
• Structured thinking: you can turn a messy conversation into a crisp brief
• Genuine curiosity about AI agents and how businesses actually run
• Available full-time, in-office in Gurugram
Bonus
• Exposure to BFSI, fintech or regulated industries
• Pre-sales, consulting, customer success or account-management experience
• Enough technical fluency to talk to engineers without fear
• A track record of building relationships that outlast a single deal
This is not for you if
• You want remote or hybrid work
• You're looking for a brand on your resume rather than the work itself
• You'd rather send decks than sit across from a client and earn their trust
• You're treating this as a 6-month gig before grad school, another job, or going abroad
• You're treating this as a 6-month gig before grad school, another job, or going abroad
Where we are today
Two production surfaces are live. Enterprise clients are in active deployment, with the first full agent fleet in UAT. Implementation partners are building on Olbrain to deliver agentification to their own clients. Small team — you'll have founder-level visibility and own real client relationships early.
The details
• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
