Social Media Content Creator Intern

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator Intern to design and produce engaging visual content across our digital platforms. Based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR, this hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital storytelling, trend spotting, and AI-assisted content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Creation: Create static and animated digital assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Video Editing: Edit highly engaging Reels and short-form video content.
Brand Alignment: Develop content tailored for our target audiences while strictly maintaining brand consistency.
Trend Monitoring: Identify and leverage the latest social media trends, formats, and audio tracks.
Copywriting & Layout: Craft compelling headlines, calls-to-action (CTAs), and text overlays for visual content.
Platform Optimization: Optimize all visual and video content for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
Creative Aptitude: Excellent visual storytelling, aesthetic sense, and overall content creation skills.
AI Integration: Familiarity with generative AI tools (such as Gemini or ChatGPT) to assist in ideation and workflow.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Structure This role operates on a 5-day work week with a specialized hybrid and flexible schedule:
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Mandatory Work From Office (WFO).
Weekdays: 1 day Work From Office (WFO) + 2 days Work From Home (WFH).
Weekly Offs: 2 days off during the week (Flexible: you can choose any two weekdays as your off days).
