Job Summary:
The Modular Furniture Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site installation of modular furniture projects, ensuring quality workmanship, before time completion and adherence to safety standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, and other residential furniture/s
 Conduct site measurements and verify drawings before installation.
 Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
 Ensure material availability and proper handling at site.
 Monitor work progress and ensure completion within/Before timelines.
 Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues promptly.
 Communicate updates to clients and all internal team as guided and handle basic site-level concerns.
 Ensure safety practices and site discipline.
 Submit daily/weekly progress reports
 Good to have- Knowledge of Ms Excel, AUTOCAD and Sketch Up
Required Qualifications & Skills:
 12th Pass, ITI/Diploma in Carpentry, Civil, Interior, or related field experience preferred.
 2-4 years of experience in residential modular furniture or interior projects.
 Ability to read drawings and layouts.
 Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
 Good communication skills
 Must Know Marathi, Hindi and English Languages
