Role Description This is a full-time remote Cloud Engineering Internship role. The intern will support the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with provisioning cloud resources, monitoring system performance, implementing basic security and backup practices, and documenting configurations and processes. The intern will help troubleshoot issues, participate in testing and optimization efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams working on financial and legal technology solutions. The role offers hands-on training, exposure to real-world projects, and opportunities to learn industry best practices in cloud engineering.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and basic understanding of cloud services, networking, and security concepts.
Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix or Windows Server) and basic command-line usage for system administration tasks.
Exposure to programming or scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and simple tooling.
Understanding of software development fundamentals, version control tools (such as Git), and CI/CD concepts is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate remotely in a diverse, cross-functional team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in financial technology, legal tech, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
