As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Admin & HR Manager to build a high-performance culture while ensuring world-class HR practices and administrative excellence.
About the Role
This is a leadership role responsible for managing the complete Human Resources and Administration function for our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable handling strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations while ensuring statutory compliance, employee engagement, talent development, and smooth administration.
You will work closely with senior management and department heads to develop people, improve organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
Develop effective hiring strategies for technical, manufacturing and corporate positions.
Manage onboarding, induction and employee orientation.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
Implement Performance Management Systems (KPI/KRA/PMS).
Support compensation reviews and salary administration.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Develop succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Maintain HR policies and continuously improve HR processes.
Prepare HR MIS, reports and management dashboards.
Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
Support customer audits and compliance audits.
Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, SEDEX, SA8000 and other quality systems.
Promote workplace safety and employee welfare initiatives.
Administration
Manage overall plant administration.
Oversee housekeeping, security, facility management and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Optimize administrative processes for efficiency and cost control.
Support infrastructure and employee welfare initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
MBA (HR)
MSW
MLW
Equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
Experience
10–12 years of HR & Administration experience
Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Cosmetics, Chemical or Contract Manufacturing preferred
