Role Description The Outbound Telemarketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. In this role, the team member will make outbound calls to students, fresh graduates, and job seekers to introduce DonoTech Solutions’ training programs and explain how they align with individual career goals. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective learners, answering questions about courses and schedules, and providing clear information on program benefits and enrollment procedures. The role also involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, maintaining accurate call records, and updating the CRM or tracking system with lead details and outcomes. The Outbound Telemarketer will collaborate with the counseling and sales teams to meet outreach and conversion targets, follow scripts and guidelines, and represent the organization in a professional and supportive manner.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, listen actively, and clearly explain training programs.
Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and guide prospective learners toward suitable course options.
Appointment Scheduling and basic organizational skills to manage follow-ups, maintain call logs, and coordinate with counseling or sales teams.
Comfort with phone-based outreach, CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and maintain consistent availability for full-time shifts.
Prior experience in telemarketing, counseling, or education/training services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary certificate; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
