Role Description The Sr. Technician role at Mitrash Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Radhanpur. The Sr. Technician will perform daily installation, testing, and maintenance of energy systems and related equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, calibrating instruments, and conducting routine inspections in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves documenting work performed, maintaining tools and materials, coordinating with engineers and other technicians, and supporting project execution timelines. The Sr. Technician is expected to provide guidance to junior technicians, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in field operations.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated experience working with tools, test equipment, and safety devices in an industrial or energy-related environment.
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices, relevant regulations, and compliance requirements for on-site field work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and site management.
Proven ability to organize tasks, manage time, and complete work with minimal supervision in an on-site setting.
Prior experience in a senior or lead technician role, preferably in the energy, utilities, or industrial sector.
Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance.
Willingness to work in Radhanpur on-site, with flexibility for field conditions and occasional extended hours as project needs require.
