🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SHOWROOM MANAGER / TEAM LEADER
Revolt Motors – Ranchi Hub, Harmu
Revolt Motors is looking for an energetic, result-oriented and customer-focused Showroom Manager / Team Leader to lead our showroom operations and drive sales performance at our Harmu, Ranchi hub.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive walk-in conversions, test rides, bookings and retail deliveries.
Monitor individual team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Handle showroom operations and ensure a professional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Generate and follow up on leads through CRM, phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Ensure proper product presentation, demonstrations and test-ride experience for customers.
Handle customer queries, negotiations and escalations effectively.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline from enquiry to booking and delivery.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Analyse sales reports, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Train and coach sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, customer handling and closing techniques.
Ensure showroom processes, company policies and reporting standards are followed.
Support local marketing activities, lead-generation initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Maintain showroom discipline, visual merchandising and overall operational standards.
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2–5 years of relevant experience in automobile / 2-wheeler dealership sales.
Candidates with experience as Team Leader, Sales Team Leader, Assistant Showroom Manager or Showroom Manager will be preferred.
Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Good understanding of 2-wheeler sales, finance, insurance and dealership processes.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and daily sales reporting.
Energetic, disciplined and proactive approach.
Ranchi/Jharkhand market knowledge will be an added advantage.
