Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor – Sales role based at Dice Academy in Greater Noida. The Academic Counsellor will engage with prospective students, understand their educational background and career goals, and provide clear guidance on suitable graphics and web design courses. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, managing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and following up consistently to support admissions targets. The individual will explain course structures, fees, and career outcomes, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, and collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve student engagement. The position also requires meeting sales goals related to course enrollments while maintaining an ethical, student-centric approach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to guide learners effectively through course selection and enrollment decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact confidently with students, families, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to advise on career paths in graphics and web design and convey the value of specialized training.
Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions in an institute or training center is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in using CRM or lead management tools, along with basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online meeting platforms), is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment are essential.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a background or interest in education, design, or career guidance, will be an advantage.
