Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for driving corporate sales growth by identifying and closing opportunities with corporate clients, developing long-term relationships, and expanding brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing key corporate accounts, leading outreach and lead generation initiatives, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as merchandising, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and customized solutions. The Corporate Sales Manager also tracks sales performance, analyzes market trends, and provides regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in Account Management, including relationship-building and strategic account planning.
Ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline development, and follow-up on corporate inquiries.
Customer Service skills, focusing on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and after-sales support.
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and travel as needed for client meetings.
