Role Description As a Design Architect at bbArch, you will work on the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for a variety of high-profile projects. You will prepare and refine design concepts, translate them into detailed drawings, and coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design integrity throughout all project phases. Daily responsibilities include producing construction drawings, participating in design reviews, assisting with design management tasks, and contributing to presentations and client meetings. You will also support research into new materials, technologies, and design methodologies to enhance project outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to develop concepts into buildable solutions.
Experience in Design Management, including coordination across disciplines and support of project schedules and deliverables.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, consultants, and clients, and for presenting design ideas clearly.
Relevant academic background such as a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD, BIM, and visualization software).
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices; prior experience with institutional or international projects is an advantage.
