HRorion – Hospitality Recruitment is currently handling a confidential senior sales mandate for a growing hospitality group in India. We are looking for an experienced 'General Manager – Sales' to drive sales performance and revenue growth across the portfolio. The role is based in Delhi NCR and requires strong exposure to corporate sales, MICE, travel trade, B2B accounts and multi-property/cluster sales, along with the ability to develop and manage key accounts across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales strategy and revenue targets across the assigned hotel cluster.
Develop corporate accounts and B2B business.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, MICE/event planners and travel-trade partners.
Identify new markets, accounts and business opportunities.
Drive key-account acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance and relevant hotel revenue indicators including occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
Work closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximise business opportunities.
Coordinate with property GMs to align property-level sales with the overall cluster strategy.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance reviews for senior leadership.
Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings and industry networking events.
Maintain CRM discipline, sales reporting and account-management standards.
Work independently initially, with the potential to build and lead a sales team as the portfolio grows.

Requirements
Strong experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
Proven experience in national sales or large-territory sales.
Strong exposure to corporate sales and B2B business development.
Experience with MICE and travel-trade accounts preferred.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new corporate accounts, not only manage existing relationships.
Strong commercial orientation with a clear revenue-generation focus.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting and performance tracking.
