About the Internship:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical exposure to Human Resources in a real-world NGO environment. This internship is ideal for students and aspiring HR professionals who want to understand how HR functions are managed while contributing to meaningful social initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment and selection of interns and volunteers.
* Prepare and post internship/job descriptions.
* Screen applications and coordinate with candidates.
* Schedule and assist with interviews and onboarding.
* Maintain employee/intern records and basic HR documentation.
* Support employee engagement and team activities.
* Assist in maintaining attendance, performance, and internship-related records.
* Coordinate with different teams and support day-to-day HR activities.
* Gain exposure to HR policies, communication, recruitment, and people management.
