Role Description:
We're hiring 4 React Native Developers (CLI) to join our mobile engineering team in Bhubaneswar. This isn't an internship, we need people with 1-3 years of hands-on experience who can jump straight into real, production work from day one. You'll work on our React Native CLI (bare workflow) app, including native module integration for Android and iOS, camera and media capture for our Memories feature, QR code scanning for our event entry system, and real-time notifications across the guest and host experience. We care about ownership as much as experience, if you're a fresher with genuinely strong, hands-on React Native CLI project work (not just Expo tutorials) and can show you're ready to contribute without a ramp-up period, we'd still love to hear from you. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. New hires join on a 2-month probation period, with compensation reviewed and revised based on performance during that time.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of hands-on experience with React Native CLI (bare workflow) comfortable in Android Studio/Gradle and Xcode/CocoaPods, not just Expo - Experience linking or writing native modules (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) is a strong plus - Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals (hooks, state management, navigation) - Experience handling camera/media capture, file uploads, and QR code scanning in a mobile app - Familiarity with push notifications (FCM/APNs) and the app release process (Google Play Console, App Store Connect) - A strong ownership mindset comfortable taking a feature end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
