Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Sunday film’s services to potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales pitches, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, tracking leads and conversions, and maintaining sales reports. The role also involves creating and executing marketing initiatives, supporting promotional campaigns, gathering market insights, and representing the company at meetings, events, and presentations. The Specialist will work closely with production and creative teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and projects support overall sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to guide processes, support team development, and optimize performance.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage expectations, and address client needs effectively.
Relevant experience in media, film, advertising, or creative industries is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings in Mumbai.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and good at relationship building.
• Basic understanding of advertising/digital marketing is a plus.
• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/ Mass Comm/ Business is preferred but not mandatory).
