Role Description Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power the Happiword.com platform. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, the engineer will work across front-end and back-end systems to build features that improve the experience for writers and readers. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible design. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintaining code quality through testing and reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess solid experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.
Candidates should possess practical expertise in Full-Stack Development, working across client and server layers.
Candidates should possess proficiency with modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with attention to performance and security.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
