Marvel Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL) sits at the center of India's tendering and government procurement ecosystem, built across three complementary verticals:
🔹 NationalTenders.com — our flagship platform delivering end-to-end tender services, helping businesses discover opportunities and streamline participation across CPPP, GeM & more
🔹 DATEK — the IT infrastructure engine powering our tender portals (APIs, white-label solutions, data services)
🔹 Talk On Tenders — our EdTech initiative, empowering businesses and professionals through tendering knowledge & education
Together, we don't just provide tender information — we build the technology behind it and educate the market on how to use it.
The Opportunity:
Our founder has an ambitious vision to scale this integrated model significantly over the next phase of growth. We're looking for the right operational leader to convert that vision into disciplined execution — aligning process, systems, and people with where the business is headed.
This is a General Management role — not admin/coordination. You'll have real decision-making authority over Support, IT, Content, HR, and Sales functions across all three verticals, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company scales.
What you'll own:
✅ Convert founder's strategic vision into structured execution across all 3 verticals
✅ Directly manage & mentor 5 functional leads; build KPI systems and operating rhythms that scale
✅ Coach team leads on people-management, not just process
✅ Diagnose root-causes behind missed targets — not just push harder
✅ Be a true thought-partner to the founder, with the independence to challenge and align
You're a great fit if you:
🔹 Have 8-15 years of experience, including 3-5+ years as Ops Head/COO/GM in a founder-led SME or startup (50-150 team size)
🔹 Have built systems and processes from scratch — not just managed an already-mature setup
🔹 Bring a strong mix of people-management + process-building + numbers orientation
🔹 Are comfortable with difficult conversations, mediation, and driving change
🔹 Are excited to partner with a founder on a genuine scale-up journey
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
