Role Description Why Waste Wednesdays Foundation (WWWF) is looking for a full-time professional to join our Delhi NCR team.
The role will involve project coordination, presentations, reporting, documentation, meetings and field work, as required.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and good with PPTs, reports, MS Office and AI tools, with a basic understanding of waste management/environment and sustainability. Experience in CSR will be an add on.
Location: Delhi NCR | Full-time | On-ground role
Qualifications
Strong interest in sustainability, waste management, and environmental issues, with a commitment to community engagement and behavior change.
Experience in project coordination or program management, including planning, organizing events, and handling on-ground logistics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with communities, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and use basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
Comfort with social media and basic digital outreach to support awareness campaigns and stakeholder communication.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, social work, public policy, management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the non-profit sector, CSR projects, or community-based initiatives is an added advantage.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage field activities, and adapt to dynamic project needs.
