About the Role
We’re looking for a Data & Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, finding insights, and solving business problems. You’ll work closely with the founders on real business, growth, and strategy projects.
What You’ll Work On
- Analyze leads, sales, tutor acquisition, customer, and marketing data
- Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards and reports
- Track key business and marketing KPIs
- Analyze conversion funnels and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions
- Support forecasting and business performance analysis
- Work with founders on data-driven growth and GTM initiatives
- Explore AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and automation
Who Can Apply?
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related fields
- Graduates from BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, MBA, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Comfortable working with numbers and datasets
- Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership
