Role Description The Research Assistant role at Connect Broadband is a full-time, on-site position based in Dera Bassi. The Research Assistant will support data-driven projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information related to network performance, customer usage patterns, and service quality. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured research, preparing reports and summaries, assisting with laboratory or field-based testing of equipment or processes, and maintaining accurate documentation of findings. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating insights in a clear and concise manner, and helping implement recommendations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret findings, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including the ability to design studies, gather information systematically, and validate data from multiple sources.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present results, prepare reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills or basic technical competencies relevant to testing, measurement, and documentation of broadband or network-related processes.
Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, data science, or a related field, proficiency with spreadsheets or statistical tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
