DeeC Automation is looking for a Software Developer to join our growing technology and innovation network.
The role involves turning real-world business problems into practical digital solutions using software, AI, automation, APIs, databases, and modern development tools.
The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from business applications and workflow automation to AI assistants, bots, reporting systems, engineering applications, and digital products.
Success in this role means being able to understand the problem, build the right solution, deliver quality work, and take ownership of the outcome.

Responsibilities
Understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital solutions.
Develop automation workflows that reduce repetitive and time-consuming work.
Build and integrate AI assistants, AI-enabled workflows, bots, and intelligent automation where appropriate.
Develop APIs and integrations between applications, services, databases, and other systems.
Design and work with databases to store, process, and retrieve application data effectively.
Develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows based on project requirements.
Test solutions, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Work with designers, testers, project managers, delivery managers, engineers, SMEs, and other contributors as part of project teams.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving solution design and delivery.
Maintain clear technical documentation and project deliverables.
Follow agreed development, security, quality, and confidentiality practices.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and issues clearly.
Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies that can improve DeeC solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in software development, application development, automation, AI, or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in one or more relevant programming languages.
Understanding of software development principles, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools, LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent automation is an advantage.
Experience with web applications, cloud platforms, integrations, or workflow automation is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to quality.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work across different types of projects.
