Role Description The Food and Beverage Senior GSA is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service in all dining areas. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Road includes supervising service staff, coordinating table setups, managing reservations and guest seating, and supporting smooth service during peak hours. The Senior GSA assists with menu knowledge and recommendations, handles guest inquiries and concerns, and ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, monitoring stock levels for service areas, and supporting training and guidance for junior staff to maintain consistent service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience in restaurant or resort dining operations.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle guest interactions, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, including basic knowledge of menu items, food presentation, and hygiene standards.
Relevant experience in hospitality or resort environments, especially in a supervisory or senior guest service role in food and beverage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm and organized during busy service periods.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
