Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karnataka and involves coordinating project plans, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions. The Project Manager will collaborate with expediting and logistics teams, oversee inspection-related activities, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date. The role also includes preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills for coordinating and reviewing quality checks and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for organizing transport, material flow, and related documentation.
Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A diploma or degree in engineering, management, or a related field is preferred; professional project management certifications are an advantage.
