Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Muzaffarpur. The Sales Employee will engage with walk-in customers, understand their mobility needs, and present suitable Ampere electric scooter models and financing options. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, preparing quotations, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The role also involves following up with leads, building relationships with local customers, coordinating with the service team for smooth delivery, and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and sales. The Sales Employee will help execute local marketing activities, support showroom display and cleanliness, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain product features clearly, and handle basic customer queries.
Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads, manage objections professionally, and work toward individual and team targets.
Candidates should possess basic numerical and documentation skills to prepare quotations, handle simple price calculations, and maintain accurate sales records.
Candidates should possess familiarity with local markets in Muzaffarpur and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and community stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in retail or automotive/electric vehicle sales is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a showroom environment, using basic computer applications, and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
