Senior Content Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Content Manager | Boketto Travels
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Content Manager to take ownership of Boketto’s content engine end-to-end.
This isn’t a role where you simply execute a content calendar. You’ll be responsible for figuring out what we should say, where we should say it, when it should go live, and making sure it actually gets done.
What you’ll own
* Build and manage Boketto’s end-to-end content calendar
* Drive content for Instagram, Stories, Reels & other social channels
* Work closely with the performance marketing team to deliver ad creatives and content requirements
* Coordinate with video editors, designers, scriptwriters, creators & other partners
* Manage the entire content workflow - from brief → execution → approvals → publishing
* Track content performance and continuously improve what we create
* Stay on top of trends, formats and conversations relevant to the travel & lifestyle space
* Ensure the team moves fast and nothing gets stuck
Who we’re looking for
Someone with 3–4+ years of experience in content/social media, preferably in a fast-moving consumer, lifestyle, travel or D2C environment.
More importantly, you should be
Extremely proactive - you don’t wait to be told what needs to happen
A fast decision-maker - comfortable making calls and moving forward
Obsessed with timelines - you get things across the finish line
Strategic + execution-oriented - you can think about the big picture and still chase the 6 PM deliverable
Great at managing people & workflows - because you’ll be coordinating multiple creative functions every day
