Operations Manager - Marketing (Noida/Remote)

We're Hiring: Operations Manager — Marketing (Remote, Noida-based)
Please note: We will not consider applicants with no marketing experience.
Media Magnetix is looking for a highly responsible Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations — essentially stepping into the role of "the person who makes sure everything actually gets done."
This is NOT a purely creative or execution-heavy role. This is for someone who thrives on structure and accountability, someone who can manage a team without needing to be managed themselves.
What you'll own:
Team oversight — follow up with team members (designers, marketers) to ensure tasks are actually completed, not just promised
Quality checks — double-check that creatives, posts, and deliverables match what was planned before anything goes to a client
Social media calendar management — ensure posts are going out on schedule, across all client accounts, with nothing missed
Client communication — be the reliable point of contact for client updates and expectations
Process & accountability — build a habit of checking in, chasing progress, and catching issues early — before they become client complaints
What we're looking for:
Extremely responsible with assigned tasks
Strong organisational skills — you naturally keep tabs on people and tasks without letting things slide
Working knowledge of digital marketing (social media calendars, Google Ads, Meta Ads) — you don't need to be an expert executor, but you should understand the work well enough to manage it
Confidence having direct, sometimes tough conversations with team members about deadlines and quality
High ownership — you follow through without needing to be chased yourself
Prior experience in marketing agency operations, project management, or team coordination preferred
Location: Remote (must be based in Noida)
