Role Description The Vice Principal will support the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of the school’s vision, policies, and CBSE guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Shemford Futuristic School, Jalesar, requiring daily presence on campus. Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum planning and delivery, monitoring classroom teaching practices, and guiding faculty in adopting innovative, learner-centric methodologies aligned with the ShemEduMAX™ Learning System. The role involves managing day-to-day school operations, coordinating timetables and examinations, supervising discipline, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The Vice Principal will mentor teachers, lead professional development initiatives, interact regularly with learners and families, and collaborate with the leadership team on academic planning, co-curricular programs, and continuous school improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong academic leadership skills, including curriculum planning, classroom observation, and mentoring teachers in modern pedagogical practices.
Candidates should possess skills in school administration and operations, such as timetable management, examination coordination, policy implementation, and oversight of student discipline and safety.
