Role Description The Manager Account role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of accounting records. Typical responsibilities include supervising bookkeeping activities, reviewing reconciliations and financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Manager Account will collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting issues, maintain compliance with relevant laws and standards, and prepare periodic reports for management review. The role also involves streamlining accounting workflows, implementing best practices, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting practices.
Experience managing ledgers, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing activities.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets; ability to analyze financial data and generate clear reports.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities for working with clients and internal teams.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
