Microsoft Excel Data Specialist

Tipsy Topsy, a retail fashion store in Vijayawada, is hiring a full-time, on-site Data entry and managing and anslysis role to manage back-office system administration and daily data related tasks using MICROSOFT EXCEL.
3 YEARS MICROSOFT EXCEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Role Overview
Location: On-site Vijayawada

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Read Before Applying)
Local Residents Only: You must currently reside in Vijayawada. Applications requiring relocation or remote work will be immediately rejected.
Non-Developer Role: This is a back-office data entry and store administration role. Software developers, programmers, and IT engineers should NOT apply.
Mandatory Practical Test: You will be given a live, on-site Microsoft Excel test during the interview. Please do not apply if you cannot pass a hands-on Excel assessment.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily retail inventory data, stock logs, and daily sales records in store management software.
Generate and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
Perform fast, accurate back-office data entry and general administration tasks.
Knowledge of Excel formlas like Vlookup, Pivot table.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of continuous daily work experience using Microsoft Excel in an office environment.
Excel Skills: Strong working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data filtering, and formatting.
Typing & Literacy: High typing speed with strong accuracy and fluency in standard office software.
Location: Must live within daily commuting distance to the store in Vijayawada.
Salary 20,000 Negotiable depending on experience
