Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Vadodara. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with monthly and annual closings, and supporting budgeting and financial reporting. The role involves maintaining compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with external auditors or consultants when needed, and providing clear, timely financial information to management. The Accountant will work closely with operational teams to ensure proper documentation, cost tracking, and effective internal controls.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including preparing financial statements and supporting management with data-driven insights.
Candidates should possess skills in tax compliance and regulatory adherence, with knowledge of relevant local laws and standards.

Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are beneficial.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, especially in a corporate or logistics-related environment, is an added advantage.
