Role Description The ERP Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales of ERP solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads, conducts discovery calls to understand client processes and pain points, and presents tailored ERP demonstrations that align with Lean Manufacturing and asset optimization goals. The specialist will prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts, collaborating with consulting and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends, and participating in virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations to promote ECIC’s ERP offerings. This role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a consultative approach to building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong ERP solution sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B deals.
Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments, with familiarity in Lean principles, process optimization, and capital asset utilization.
Proficiency in client communication, including virtual presentations, product demonstrations, proposal development, and negotiation.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong time management, self-motivation, and discipline in using CRM and sales tools.
Analytical skills for understanding client workflows, interpreting operational data, and translating business needs into ERP solution requirements.
Preferred qualifications: prior ERP implementation or pre-sales experience, background in supply chain or operations, and knowledge of industrial consulting services
