WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR HR MANAGER
Provident Capital is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function and drive people strategy, employee engagement, talent management and HR operations.
Location: Sector 54, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-Time | 10 AM – 7 PM
Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
· Drive employee engagement, retention & employee relations
· Manage performance and talent development
· Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination & exits
· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
· Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
· Drive training & development initiatives
· Partner with senior management on workforce planning
Mandatory Requirements:
⬛ Minimum 5 years of HR experience
⬛ Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
⬛ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
⬛ Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations & compliance
⬛ Strong understanding of the current real estate market and industry trends
⬛ Excellent communication, leadership & people-management skills
